Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Offeror shall minimally provide a customized web-based DMS application to meet the data collection requirements specified in this RFP. The scope of work encompasses the following tasks and responsibilities: Required elements of the DMS 1. Accessibility. The DMS shall be constantly accessible – twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year (24/7/365). 2. Customer support. The DMS shall have a customer support system capable of generating a response within twenty-four (24) hours of a request for assistance. The response must include a plan of action to address the request. 3. Graphical User Interface (GUI). The DMS shall have a web-based GUI for data entry, compatible with common desktop browsers, including, but not limited to, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox
