Specifications include, but are not limited to: Additional Vendor Requirements: • Vendor must have significant experience and capability to provide support and services as needed. • Ability and availability to demonstrate the proposed product during evaluations. • Preferred 95% annual client retention rate Data Security & Privacy Requirements: • Solution should be owned and operated within the United States Must have completed SOC 2 Type 2 for Privacy and Security examinations. • Must host data within the United States. • Must encrypt data at rest and in transit. • Must conduct annual assessments of service providers to collect, track and manage third-party security controls. • Must conduct regular vulnerability scanning and web application penetration testing on all products. • Must maintain and periodically test business continuity and disaster recovery plans. • Must allow for an unlimited number of customized user permissions. • Shall not import student record data (i.e., test scores, home address, etc.). Implementation, Training and Support requirements: ● Provide an implementation plan, including why this is the best approach for the District. ● Must configure the system to optimize District policies, goals and procedures. ● Must set up, test and confirm all integrations with the system. ● Must provide multiple ongoing channels of support, including dedicated customer support staff and 24/7/365 access to online resources including videos, articles and how-to documentation. ● Must provide live technical support with an average call response time under 20 seconds. ● Must have the ability to contact support from directly inside the mobile application. ● Should have an online, customer community where users can engage in specialized, product-and topic-specific groups with other district users. ● Should provide ongoing professional development opportunities, including certification courses ● Vendor must be willing to assist in integration of each piece into an overall solution for the District. Vendor must also be capable and willing to assist in integration of system with other related systems such as the SIS (PowerSchool). ● All vendors for the installation of the solutions must be flexible on implementation timing and mindful of instruction/production times.
