Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of Waimanalo Beach Park Pavilion Restoration Beach Pavilion with precast concrete structural frame under wood roof deck with asphaltic shingle roofing and interior electrical lighting; Mobilization including all preparatory work and operations, including but not limited to movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to property site, acquisition of all work materials for establishment of offices; all other work and operations which must be performed or cost incurred prior to beginning work on the various items on the project site; demobilization. The maximum bid allowed for this item is an amount not to exceed six percent (6%) of the total sum of all items excluding the price of the mobilization item, and any allowances or force accounts.; Allowance No. 1 - Permit fees, installation, facilities and charges by various utility companies and government agencies including but not limited to the Board of Water Supply, Hawaiian Electric Company, City Department of Planning and Permitting, State Department of Health, State Department of Land and Natural Resources, etc. The Contractor shall not add any burden (i.e. profit, overhead, bonding, etc.) to this allowance.
