Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma (University) seeks to purchase a modern telecommunications system to provide the delivery of voice, communication, and collaboration services in support of academic, research and community missions. The current Avaya voice solution consists of analog frames and Voice-over-IP (VoIP) servers spanning three geographic locations (Norman, OK; Tulsa, OK; and Oklahoma City, OK). The current system provides services to a variety of campus tenants, including college students, teaching faculty, administrative staff, sensitive researchers, law enforcement, first responders, clinicians, and health care professionals, as well as community visitors. In addition, the system supports life-critical services such as campus 911, hospital operations, a poison control hotline, and the Oklahoma Trauma One Center.
