Specifications include, but are not limited to: all labor, materials, apparatus, hoisting, rigging, tools, equipment, plant, supplies, accessories, samples, submittals, shop drawings, certifications, engineering, layout,transportation, storage, supervision, temporary construction, special services, contributions, insurance, taxes (unless specifically excluded by the Contract Documents), compliance with all governing agencies (city, county, state, federal and others as may be required), permits, fees, all other services and facilities and other items necessary for the performance of the Site Excavation & Grading, Concrete Foundations, and Drilled Piers as shown, detailed and/or implied in the contract documents outlined in the General Scope of Work.
