Three thousand (3,000) pounds of live one (1) pound trout, two thousand (2,000) pounds of two (2) pound live trout, and two hundred and fifty (250) pounds of live four (4) pound trout. Deliveries are to be made to the City of Gatlinburg Herbert Holt Park - Trout Facility within 2 weeks of order placement. DELIVERY DATES, FISH SIZES, AND AMOUNTS SHOULD BE COORDINATED WITH TRAVIS WILLIAMS (865-696-5575). All fish should be healthy and free of disease. Mortalities in delivered fish will be replaced in subsequent deliveries or dollar amount subtracted from current order placed. All bids are to include transportation of live trout to the Herbert Holt Park Gatlinburg Park Trout Rearing Facility. Payment by the City may be deferred for up to sixty (60) days in order to verify health. Price quoted shall include no Federal or State taxes, if any are applicable, and the successful bidder shall furnish tax exemption forms if required with their invoices.
