The selected partner organization will: • Manage day-to-day operations related to film production in Louisville-Jefferson County. • Serve as a 501c3 partner or fiscal agent to Louisville Metro Government film initiatives. • Maintain 501c3 status in good standing, demonstrate fiscal responsibility, stability, and board governance. • Demonstrate capacity to generate resources to support film work through public and private grants, individual donations, fees, and other sources. • Demonstrate and maintain a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. • Maintain a website as landing page for filmmakers, etc. • Work with Louisville Metro Government on branding and communication strategy for the newly established partnership. • Maintain an up-to-date, online, searchable database of locations and local resources, including crew, for film production. • Facilitate permitting processes for film productions in Louisville-Jefferson County. • Serve as staff liaison to Film Advisory Board convened by Louisville Metro Government. • Establish ex officio seat on Board of Directors for Louisville Metro Government representative.
