The Town of Clarkdale, Arizona, solicits interest from qualified persons or vendors to provide Water Meter Replacements with an Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) System. The purchase of meters and AMI items will be budgeted over a two-year period. The Town of Clarkdale will be conducting a meter replacement program which upgrades meters to enable full capabilities under the Town’s current AMI system. All meters will be replaced or retrofitted in-kind with equipment compatible with equivalent sized bronze no-lead Badger Recordall Meters and Advanced Meter Infrastructure High Resolution Encoder (HR-E) register along with an Endpoint that has the capability to communicate through the common cell phone system and communicate and integrate with the existing Beacon Software as a Service (SaaS) and Tyler ERP PRO 9 billing software.
