Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Dakota County Recycling Zone Staff Responsibilities • Dakota County Recycling Zone staff will unload and consolidate the scrap metal received into rolloffs/drums and will notify the contractor when a shipment is needed. B. Contractor Responsibilities • To provide two 30 cubic yard roll-off containers staged at the Dakota County Recycling Zone for the collection of scrap metal. To provide 10-12, 55-gallon steel drums for the collection of smalls. • To provide transportation services for the collected scrap metal including but not limited to: checking containers, loading, load tarping, completing paperwork, and transporting the scrap metal from the Dakota County Recycling Zone to an authorized processing facility. • To provide detailed itemized invoicing and monthly reporting (by the 15th of every month) that includes number of loads, gross and net weight per shipment, haul fee, and scrap fee or payment.
