Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall replace the acidic oil from two (2) HVAC chillers at Hoapili Hale for the Judiciary, Second Circuit in accordance to the Specifications, the Special Provisions and the General Conditions attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. A. SCOPE OF WORK: Replace acidic oil from two (2) Trane chillers, RTWD Series, Model # RTWD090F2B Asset tags: Chiller 1 and Chiller 2 B. PERFORMANCE OF WORK: 1. Lock out / Tag out Chiller 1. 2. Remove and properly dispose of full refrigeration charge, full oil charge and oil filters (both circuits). 3. Pressurize and clean system. 4. Leak test. 5. Furnish and change all new refrigerant and oil charge for both circuits. Includes 194lbs R134A & 4 gallons Oil48. 6. Start up system and monitor proper operation. 7. Repeat above steps for Chiller 2. 8. Provide written report with pictures.
