Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Collaborate with City Park Conservancy to develop a tailored facilitation plan for the Ideas Youth Committee, including meeting schedules, agendas, and discussion topics, as well as larger feedback efforts from youth in the engaged organizations such as surveys. • Attend public meetings for the overall master plan process to stay informed and provide leadership within the Ideas Youth Committee • Lead Committee meetings and workshops in-person or virtually, ensuring that all voices are heard and respected. • Design interactive activities and exercises to engage Committee members in creative thinking and problem-solving related to City Park. • Provide guidance and support to Committee members in articulating their and their organization’s ideas and concerns effectively.
