Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Network Planning a. Analyze existing firewall objects, rules, policies, and ACLs of two existing FG1200D firewalls. b. Analyze existing layer2 and layer3 routing of two existing FG-1200D firewalls. c. Create migration plan that replicates the network functionality for each FG-1200D firewall as independent VDOMs on the two new FG-1801F firewalls running as a high availability pair. 2. FortiGate Installation a. Contractor will work with UHMC to get the new FortiGate firewalls online and accessible i. UHMC to perform all physical installation and cabling. ii. UHMC to perform all switch configurations. b. Perform software updates to latest release of 7.0 version. c. Build configuration, objects, policies, etc on new firewalls based on existing firewalls. 3. Firewall Migration a. Contractor will work with UHMC to cut-over firewalls from existing units to new ones. i. May be scheduled off-hours to minimize service interruptions. b. Perform troubleshooting as appropriate relating to firewall cutover. 4. Documentation and Training a. Create as-built diagrams and documentation. b. Perform knowledge transfer for FortiGate migration. 5. Project Management a. Preparation of kickoff materials and meeting. b. Weekly status report preparation. d. Weekly status meeting. i. Tracking against timeline and milestones. ii. Tracking of deliverables. iii. Issue and risk management. iv. Documentation of key decisions. v. Daily communication with internal team. vii. Communication with clients, vendors or any partners relative to the project viii. Coordination with UHMC team ix. Calendaring and scheduling of both teams x. Removing roadblocks and issues, and escalation if necessary xi. Milestone tracking and reinforcement xii. Coordination of internal deliverable review
