Statements of Qualifications are being requested from engineering firms with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with standby and ¿on-call¿ engineering services. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services. City of Lavonia plans to select one or more firms to provide various standby engineering services for the implementation of a wide variety of construction projects including water, sewer, storm water, and transportation related improvements. The anticipated services will include, but not be limited to, preparation of reports, technical memoranda, studies, plans, drawings and specifications, as well as funding and construction contract administration.
