Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select a consultant to assist the Owner in the performance of its obligations and enforcement of its rights during the design and/or construction of the SPC-23 Academic Excellence Renovation. The Consultant’s services shall be provided more specifically as described in the Exhibit 1 - Owner’s Project Representative Scope of Work (ND.42), and in the Non-Design contract ND.30 attached. Saint Paul College was awarded $1,671,000 for design in 2023 and seeks $31,740,000 for construction phase in 2024, to reorganize, repurpose, and renew 116,500 GSF of existing classroom and laboratory in the East Tower, West Tower, and first floor of the campus to improve access to student services and academic resources which in turn broadly support student persistence and success.
