Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall perform annual and bi-annual preventative maintenance checks, as specified by the City of Mesa, on overhead doors at various City facilities. The Contractor shall be able to service multiple sites simultaneously, as required, and in emergency situations. Preventative maintenance shall include but is not limited to, the inspection, Cleaning and maintenance of rollers, belts, chains, springs and operators. Contractor shall work with City Facilities representative to ensure all systems are working together properly.
