Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contamination Caution: Provide equipment petroleum protection to avoid soil contamination. Any soil contamination made by this bid package shall be properly disposed of and replaced with approved soil at no additional cost to the Owner and no impact to the schedule. 2. Traffic Safety/Control: Provide all traffic control flagmen, barricades, safety barriers, and any street controls. 3. Repairs: This Bid Package is responsible for the prompt repair for damages to adjacent building cause by demolition operations and activities. 4. Disposal of Demolition Materials: This Bid Package is responsible for disposal of demolition materials in accordance with Waste Management meeting requirements by the Local, State and Federal regulations. 5. Painting: This Bid Package is responsible for all painting of new and existing framing members, hardware and plywood and existing plaster columns as indicated in the contract documents.
