Specifications include, but are not limited to: Statement of qualifications proposals are being requested from an engineering firm with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with the implementation of Recreation Complex rehabilitation .Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed in the State of Georgia to provide these services. Plans are to contract for engineering preliminary design services required for potential recreation complex rehabilitation and for engineering services for the implementation of the project.The purpose ofthe project is to work with Montgomery County, Georgia on a remodel of JM Fountain Park aspart of a three-million-dollar grant that was received from the Georgia Department of NaturalResources.
