EACH UNIT COMPRISES OF A MIXING SECTION, FILTERS, DX COIL PAIRED WITH A AIR-COOLED CONDENSING UNIT (CU), HW REHEAT COIL AND A SUPPLY FAN. EACH SYSTEM INCLUDES AN EXHAUST/ECONOMIZER FAN. THERE ARE SEVEN CONTROL LOOPS FOR THIS SYSTEM: 1. AHU START /STOP CONTROL 2. SUPPLY FAN SPEED CONTROL 3. EXHAUST FAN CONTROL 4. ZONE TEMPERATURE CONTROL 5. ZONE DEMAND VENTILATION CONTROL 6. ZONE HUMIDITY CONTROL 7. ECONOMIZER CONTROL B. AHU START/STOP CONTROL 1. UNIT IS ENABLED/DISABLED BY BMS BASED ON A DAY/NIGHT SCHEDULE, OR ANYTIME TO MAINTAIN ZONE TEMPERATURE CONTROL. 2. DURING SCHEDULED NIGHTTIME, THE UNIT SHALL BE DISABLED UNLESS THE ZONE TEMPERATURE DROPS BELOW SETPOINT. 3. DURING SCHEDULED DAYTIME, THE UNIT IS ENABLED IF THE SPACE IS OCCUPIED. DURING DAYTIME IF THERE IS NO OCCUPANCY DETECTED BY (BMS) OCCUPANCY SENSORS (30 MINUTES DELAY), THE UNIT WILL BE DISABLED UNLESS THERE IS A CALL FOR SPACE TEMPERATURE CONTROL - STANDBY MODE. 4. BEFORE AHU'S SF IS ENABLED, OA DAMPER SHALL BE PROVEN OPEN BY ITS END SWITCH. 5. OA DAMPER SHALL OPEN AND MODULATE TO DELIVER MINIMUM OUTSIDE AIR, 200 CFM UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED, AT ANY SF SPEED UNLESS ECONOMIZER OR DEMAND VENTILATION CONTROL MODES ARE ENABLED. 6. OA DAMPER REMAINS CLOSED IF AHU IS DISABLED, OR THE AHU IS ENABLED FOR ZONE TEMPERATURE CONTROL DURING NIGHTTIME OR DAYTIME STANDBY MODE. C. SUPPLY FAN SPEED CONTROL 1. SF SPEED WILL MODULATE BASED ON BMS INPUT (0-10V). 2. WHEN AHU IS ENABLED, FAN SPEED SHALL BE INCREASED TO ITS MINIMUM SPEED TO DELIVER SCHEDULED MINIMUM AIRFLOW, 40% OF MAXIMUM SCHEDULED AIRFLOW UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED.
