Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Wilderness Park - 10999 Little Lake Rd, Downey, CA 90241 • Rio Hondo Golf Course - 10627 Old River School Rd, Downey, CA 90241 The professional services provider will be required to perform the following: • Service the two lakes at Wilderness Park - Monthly • Service the water features at the RHGC – September, October, May, and June • Perform pump maintenance and repairs as needed • Provide service reports for each site following weekly service visits • Provide labor, equipment, and expertise in the application of water quality control products. • Provide algae and weed control throughout both lake systems and water features • Provide bacteria and enzymes to reduce nutrients and sedimentation • Maintain water levels from existing automatic supply sources • Monitor mechanical and pumping systems for lakes and water features (maintenance and repairs to mechanical systems to be as needed at additional cost) • Monitor eutrophication and recommend steps to reduce as needed • Provide chemical control and annual physical removal of Cattails at Wilderness Park in order to maintain current population. City to provide bins for disposal. Removal is to be completed between December and February. • Deliver and transfer monthly up to 100 gallons of Pu 238 nutrient control to existing tank/injection system at Wilderness Park.
