The MOA is seeking to purchase a web-based Safety Management Software for the Safety Group with easy access and is user friendly for 2,500 employees for safety training and accident, incident reporting. There will be up to 10 Safety Coordinators that will have full administrative controls. The number of supervisors is still undetermined. The following are required: 1. Incident Management – Incidents, accidents, hazards, near miss reporting, with standardized forms – and be able to upload injury report. 2. OSHA 300 logs, which must include the electronic versions of the forms of 300, 300A and 301 Summary reports and are printable and show all injuries by department. 3. DART Information on program Dashboard. 4. Create a safety Dashboard for each department to track compliance. Also, have individual department Dashboards so each safety coordinator can monitor their area. 5. Online training courses with access to training curriculums, ppt, and be able to assign the training to an employee and track training completion. 6. Create a Compliance Calendar with the ability to assign deadline dates. 7. Create SDS Management and easy access for the department – not a hosting site – no additional costs for adding Safety Data Sheets. 8. Asset Management – Track inspections of facilities – checklists – provide access to basic inspections forms for facilities and be able to upload safety assessment of workplace. 9. Create a Resource Library for Policies, procedures 10. Create Job hazard Analysis forms – do not want to have to create all the sample forms – Checklist forms required. 11. Tracking of compliance dashboard by department. 12. Capability to print out forms, in word, PDF, PPT. 13. Create Generic written safety and health policies. 14. Power point access for training material and or able to upload created power point training materials. 15. Provide updates with the safety industry to current material in a library/ resource format. 16. Provide OSHA regulation material. 17. Access to customer service and our safety consultant for Q&A by employees. 18. Workplace Health & Safety Program Development.
