Specifications include, but are not limited to: The service provider shall collect and haul recycling, composting, and garbage at County- owned and -operated facilities. Lane County services are provided by (14) twelve departments. Within each department, there are numerous facilities with varying functions. Currently, there are fifty-nine (59) facilities across the County that are operated by the (14) County departments. County Departments include: 1. Assessment & Taxation 2.
