Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work of this Project consists of the addition of an owner-provided modular building to the existing Waterville Elementary Site. The GC to be responsible for all work related to tying existing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as shown on the drawings to this structure. A. Work prior to Modular Building delivery includes: 1. Site work includes: a. Installation of E&S controls. b. Removal of topsoil c. Fill and compact fill dirt as shown on plans and directed by Ownerís Geotechnical engineer. 2. Provide electrical service to the building pad. 3. Provide a spare conduit for Owner-provided communication to the building. 4. Provide domestic water supply to the building. 5. Provide sanitary sewer service to the building. 6. Provide electrical service to the building pad. 7. Provide fire alarm devices and route to the existing panel. B. Work after the Modular Building delivery includes: 1. Provide a new sidewalk to the new Modular Building 2. Provide a new ramp and stair to the front stoop. 3. Provide a new prefinished canopy over the front stoop. 4. Provide a stoop to two (2) rear egress windows as shown on drawings. 5. Stabilize vegetation and remove E&S measures when a stand of grass has been established. C. Coordination of the Ownerís work as noted in the key on the plans. Work includes: 1. Coordination of Modular Building provider and installer. 2. Coordination of telecommunications sub-contractor. 3. Coordination of owner-provided and installed whiteboards. 4. Coordination of owner-provided and installed clocks and bells. 5. Coordination of owner-provided and installed fire extinguishers.
