Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Visiting the site to determine preparation, materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the requested work. • Prepping parking lots for seal coating and/or striping. • Verifying the measurements of the area to be sealed and striped. • Painting all lines, wording, and symbols using one coat of a commercial grade latex traffic striping paint made for high traffic areas. All markings shall adhere to South Carolina Department of Transportation specifications. • Painting newly seal-coated asphalt as directed. • Keeping the work area safe and secure from the general public. • Completing all work on Saturdays and Sundays to account for parking lot vacancy. • Clean-up when projects are complete. All items must be removed from the area.
