Installation of new electrical heat tape for water and sewer services. 10. Removal and disposal of existing water and/or wastewater holding tanks. 11. Disposal of all demolished materials. 12. Prevention of frozen water mains during construction. 13. Coordination of utility outages and provide temporary water and wastewater storage containers during service outages. 14. Disinfection, Testing, and Quality Control.
