Specifications include, but are not limited to: providing water and sewer connection to a single residence in Hughes, AK. Sewer service will include an insulated residential lift station and an insulated connection to the low pressure sewer system. The water service will include an insulated 4” arctic pipe service line with 1” water circulating supply and return lines and water service line heat trace. The Contractor shall provide water circulation pump and heat trace switches in the home and all electrical upgrades to complete the water and sewer connection to the home. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with residential water and sewer connections.
