Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove and replace 6 toilets across both restrooms. (With touch free flush valves. Toilets are to be wall hung) Two of which will be ADA compliant. B. Remove and replace partitions with those that will hang from the ceiling and are Vandal resistant. C. Remove and repair walls including but not limited to (tiles, sheetrock etc.) and repair replace them with waterproof, vandal resistant materials. D. Remove sinks and replace them ADA vandal resistant sinks. The sinks shall have automatic shut off water sensors. E. Remove and replace toilet paper dispensers with vandal resistant dispensers and all bathroom accessories (vandal resistant soap dispensers, grab bars, mirrors etc.) F. Installation of a ventilation fan that exits the side of the building. G. LED lighting shall be installed and have lights turn on when entering the restroom and shut off after 5 minutes of no movement. H. Vandal resistant Hand dryers to be replacing existing hand dryers. I. Entry doors to be removed Labyrinth- style entrances J. Poly-aspartic Flooring Repair all holes and trenches in concrete slab floor caused by demolition/removal of existing fixtures and structure and/or installation of new fixtures. Clean and prep concrete floor surface as required to add poly-aspartic finish. Poly-Aspartic Floor Coating, slip resistant, Base color, and accent color flakes to be determined by owner. Submit product information and color sample for Owner’s approval. Install according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Contractor will furnish all heating elements and utilities required to acheive sufficient temperature for curing of poly-aspartic flooring.
