Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County, on behalf of its Parks and Recreation Division, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified Landscape Architects (hereafter referred to as “Proposer ” pre-award , or post award as “Architect”) to establish a pool of Architects who will provide Architectural and other closely related services for various trails, permitting and environmental services for trail planning, design, construction projects and other related projects (hereinafter referred to jointly as “Project” or “Projects”), for project master planning, programming, studies, investigative reports, design, bidding and construction administration services, not to exceed a fee of $100,000 per project. The Projects may include but are not limited to the following: • Wetland Delineations • Environmental Analysis and Permitting • Wildlife and Vegetation Resource Services • Trail and Greenway Master Planning • Trail Feasibility and Concept Design • Trails and Greenways Design and Construction Administration • Trails and Greenways Design Project Closeout and Warranty Services • Natural Surface Trail Design & Construction Administration • Trail Wayfinding/Signage Planning and Design
