Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bi-Centennial Park; Bi-Centennial Park will be a new park that is a major component of the approved SPLOST Funding. The City of Newnan would like this park to tell the history of the City of Newnan within the design. The project scope for Bi-Centennial Park is includes but is not limited to: Retaining Walls with Ribbon Seating, Bio-Retention Pond, Pavilions, Gardens, Walkways/LINC Trailhead, Parking; Greenville Street Park: Greenville Street Park is currently a two-acre urban park nestled between Greenville Street and LaGrange Street, and Salbide Avenue. The Park currently features a 25-column colonnaded entrance, a terraced lawn area, and a stage that serves a small amphitheater, water fountain, and a covered pavilion. The goal for the City of Newnan is to expand this existing park to enhance public performance. The tentative scope is included but not limited to: Demoing the existing stage and adding a covered stage with all new power/AV/LV Upgrades. Seating expansion, additional canopies, greenspace, restrooms, LINC Connection.
