Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide and install a Greenheck DOAS or an approved equal. 2. Provide and install a Packaged DX with invertor compressor and modulating hot gas reheat with double wall construction 3. Provide and install a 217 MBH Total capacity/115 MBH sensible/ 15 ton nominal with entering air 91.1 DB/ Leaving 58.5 DB 4. Indirect gas heating, 300 MBH entering/ 243 MBH Output 5. 3200 cfm/100 % outside air 6. VFD Supply fan appropriately sized with unit 7. ECM condenser fan motors appropriately sized with unit 8. Terminal strip connections for controls 9. 460v/3phase provided by owner to the unit. Contractor responsible for providing disconnect. Contractor responsible for connections. 10. Include Crane Service, Curb adaptor, Gas piping, contractor is responsible for coordinating with Premier Automation for control, Start-up and commissioning. 11. Provide insulation of ductwork as needed(unit provides cooling) 12. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of existing unit and associated materials
