Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Fort Mill School District is seeking qualified providers to perform Deaf/Hard of Hearing and Equipment Management Services in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations governing the provision of such Services. Deaf/Hard of Hearing and Equipment Management Services to be provided by the Contractor may include, but are not limited to, reviewing student records and charts for students with deaf/hard of hearing impairments; setting up treatment plans; providing direct hearing services to students as required by the student’s Section 504 Plan or Individualized Education Program (“IEP”); managing hearing equipment; writing progress notes; providing in-services and trainings; attending 504/IEP meetings; and performing other administrative or clinical duties as directed by the District, whether performed on or off school premises. Services may be required for summer school.
