Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conducting outreach activities to identify and engage residents in need of home energy solutions and counseling services. 2. Providing home energy assessments to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency, as well as offering counseling on energy conservation and utility bill management with access to energy assistance programs. 3. Assist residents in enrolling in relevant energy assistance programs and services, organize and conduct educational workshops of energy efficiency and conservation while maintaining detailed records of services provided, client interactions, and program outcomes. 4. The submission of regular reports to the City of West Haven will be required.
