Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Coppin State University, a member of the University System of Maryland, with (1) fullservice Housekeeping and Recycling Services Quality Performance Base Contract encompassing the buildings as described in Attachment B. (2) floor mats replacement in all buildings (Attachment D). These buildings are located on approximately fifty-our (54) acres in Baltimore, Maryland. The buildings consist of administrative, faculty, academic, physical education, athletics, health services, child development, public safety, human resources, and general services. The approximate gross square footage for the 13 buildings is 1,273,467. Of that only 1,022,316 square feet is estimated to need daily cleaning. In addition, vacancy cleaning (winter & summer) is an estimated 159,834 square feet.
