Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kummer-Little Gymnasium Courts 1 and 2 shall be sanded to bare wood until the surface is completely smooth (as agreed to by BGPR Project Manager). Additional sanding shall be required if the surface is not completely smooth to BGPR standards. Appendix of finished courts lines is provided. Floors shall be prepared as described above in Nature of Work to Be Performed section. All finished work must be accepted via signature of the BGPR Project Manager. Court Layout/Painting: 1) Thick black boarder eliminated. 2) Addition of one (1) pickleball court per 1/2 court for a total of two (2) pickleball courts per one (1) basketball court and four (4) pickleball courts for the entire gym. 3) Contractor must present no less than two (2) color options and court layout for pickleball court lines. BGPR must approve of color and court layout prior to project commencing. In addition, Carr Gymnasium Courts 1 and 2 and Racquetball Courts 1 and 2 shall be prepared as described above in Nature of Work to Be Performed section. The application rate shall be at manufacturer’s recommendation. Court Layout/Painting: 1) Addition of one (1) pickleball court per 1/2 court for a total of two (2) pickleball courts per one (1) basketball court and four (4) pickleball courts for the entire gym. 2) Addition of one (1) futsal goalie box per one (1) court for a total of two (2) goalie boxes for the entire gym. Dimensions = 32’ x 18’ 3) Contractor must present no less than two (2) color options for pickleball court and futsal goalie box lines. BGPR must approve of color choice prior to paint purchase.
