Specifications include, but are not limited to: The offeror shall provide comprehensive radio repair and maintenance services for a diverse range of radio equipment, including handheld radios, mobile radios, repeaters, and related accessories. Offeror shall diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, replace faulty components, and conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. The offeror shall maintain a detailed record of all repairs, including equipment condition before and after repair, parts replaced, and service performed. Offerors shall allow agencies to provide their own parts when applicable. Technical Expertise: Offeror employees shall possess knowledge and experience in radio communication systems, including but not limited to, radio technology, frequencies, and communication protocols. Technicians should be trained to work on a variety of radio equipment brands and models. Reporting and Documentation The offeror shall provide detailed repair reports to the Eligible User, including the nature of the issue, repairs made, replacement parts, and recommended preventative measures.
