Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is described in the Scope of Work and generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and other facilities necessary for the performance of the work described herein. The work includes, but is not limited to: • 4” thick concrete sidewalk; match existing width(s) and locations; • 4000 psi concrete; • ½ inch rebar placed on a 3-foot grid in sidewalk; • Include two curb ramps with cast-in-place plates with truncated dome warning tiles, per ADA grades and specifications; • In slab ice melt heat tubing; • 2” R-Tec 25 psi rigid foam board insulation; • Removing and replacing concrete curb to match existing curb; • Removing and replacing approximately 930 SF of 2-inch thick asphalt pavement; • Remove timber planters and excavate full depth of existing topsoil • Furnish and install leveling course as required to provide suitable grade under all new sidewalk, curb, and pavement • Maintain access to building during operating hours.
