Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Demolition of existing electrical and control equipment at all four sanitary sewer pump stations. 2 Replacement of wooden enclosure at Central sewage pump station. 3 Construction of a platform structures at Belle Haven and Club Road sewage pump station. 4 Replacement of electrical panel, supports and back panels at all four sanitary sewer pump stations. 5 Replacement of existing pumps, discharge elbows, guide rails, and appurtenances at Belle Haven sewage pump station. 6 Replacement of existing piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances at Club Road sewage pump station. 7 Replacement of chain link fencing at Hilltop sewage pump station. 8 Electrical and instrumentation control work at all four sanitary sewer pump stations. 9 Restoration activities, including, but not limited to gravel and concrete placement, asphalt, milling and paving at Belle Haven, Club Road and Central Road. 10 Restoration activities, including, but not limited to planting, mulching and seeding, and placement of new plantings all four sanitary sewer pump stations. 11 Provide preliminary survey of each site prior to start of work and provide a new survey at end of work. Survey shall indicate above grade features and elevations as well as below grade known features and elevations.
