Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: 1) Completing the Environmental Review per 24 CFR Part 50 and 24 CFR Part 58, 2) Provide design/bidding phase services to include final design plans and specifications of the USCT using the provided concept; provide final design plans and specifications for a reduced version of the Revels Plaza using the attached plans and specifications; creation of and assist with distribution of bid documents, 3) assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulation, 4) assist in the execution of construction contracts, 5) hold pre-construction conference, 6) perform construction inspection including periodic reports to the City of Natchez, approve all payment requests, and 7) assist with project closeout and coordination with all applicable funding and local stakeholders including HUD, as necessary.
