Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide regular service and support for the video and A/V systems. These services include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting (either onsite or by telephone, when appropriate) repairs to existing wiring, installation or replacement of equipment, consulting and other general engineering services. Contractor shall provide the City with contact information for service request calls from City personnel. Contractor shall coordinate and provide an assessment of malfunctioning equipment within (4) hours on the same day of request. Contractor shall provide and install loaner equipment if repairs exceed forty-eight (48) hours and assistance with securing that equipment from a third-party vendor, if necessary.
