Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tillamook County Transportation System Plan (the “Project”) will develop a Transportation System Plan (“TSP”) for Tillamook County (“County”), outside of the urban growth boundary, including the unincorporated communities of Falcon Cove, Neah Kah Nie, Watseco, Cape Meares, Oceanside, Netarts, Tierra Del Mar, Pacific City, Woods, Neskowin, Blaine, Beaver, Cloverdale and Hebo (“Participating Communities”), to include all trails, bike paths and roads located within the unincorporated areas of County including interconnectivity with incorporated cities (the “Project Area”). The intent is to document transportation needs, policies, and goals within the Project Area (the “Services”). Participating Communities intend to adopt portions of the TSP by reference for their own jurisdictions, and County will act as a stakeholder in the Project.
