The Oregon Department of Human Services (“ODHS”) seeks to create a Child Welfare Division (“CW”) that supports the individual needs of families and best serves Oregon’s children and young people. Within this purpose, The Oregon Child Abuse Hotline (“ORCAH”) desires to partner with Affinità Consulting LLC to strengthen conscious decision-making within the Child Welfare workforce to ensure more accurate decisions to simultaneously ensure child safety, family wellbeing, and family autonomy. AWAKEN is a mindful organizing strategy program, created by Affinita Consulting and available solely through Affinita Consulting, and is used to strengthen individual and team-based decisions. AWAKEN was developed by Affinità Consulting LLC and they are the only seller of the model and customized curriculum.
