Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a contract for Armed and Unarmed and Supervisory Security Officers (Officers) for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS). The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to provide services including, but no limited to communication equipment, certifications, certificate of insurance, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) license, training, weapons, uniformed officers, supplies, and supervision for the SOW listed herein. This SOW provides the minimum requirements for furnishing all labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to provide the services in accordance with the requirement listed herein.
