Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Project Management ● Vendor will collaborate with the WCPSS Office of Magnet and Curriculum Enhancement Programs Marketing team to create a calendar of tasks that will lead us through the following: i. Analysis of past school marketing work. ii. Research and analysis of current trends and target audience (pre-k, rising 6, rising 9) values and needs, including work with targeted focus groups regarding school choice. iii. Development of new marketing plan to reach target audiences for school choice and enrollment. ● Vendor will provide a point of contact to ensure teams adhere to agreed-upon timeline. ● Vendor has evidence of prior experience and/or understanding or the Wake County/environs and the WCPSS Magnet programs. ● Vendor has proven experience developing effective student enrollment strategies, marketing, and communication experience partnering with magnet schools. B. Research and Analysis ● Vendor has demonstrated experience researching, analyzing, and responding to prior and current marketing practices for public schools, including but not limited to website, data, and social media resources ● Vendor will research needs, values and beliefs of current target audiences for different school-aged children via focus groups and additional research to align magnet programs to appropriate audiences
