Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Conduct site surveys on all school buses to determine optimal camera placement for maximum coverage. b. Procure and install video monitoring cameras on each school bus, covering key areas such as entry/exit points and student seating areas. c. Configure and set up a cloud-hosted storage solution for storing video footage securely/ or install and configure a site server solution for schools preferring on-premises storage. d. Integrate the video monitoring system with existing school IT infrastructure and network for seamless operation. e. Conduct testing and calibration to ensure the proper functioning of cameras and storage systems. f. Provide training sessions for relevant staff on system operation, monitoring, and data retrieval procedures.
