Specifications include, but are not limited to: Trane preventative maintenance contract on the Two Trane Chillers, Marley Cooling Towers, and Variable Frequency Drives. The PM services would be performed quarterly on the Trane Chillers and Marley Cooling Towers. The Variable Frequency Drives will have annual PM services performed. Repair Labor, Replacement Parts, and Refrigerant would not be covered by the PM Service Contract and would be billed extra. Six service add projects will be embedded inside the service agreement and be billed out over the 5 Year Contract Term.
