Support must be available 24/7 either by phone or by afterhours ticket system RMS must offer a dedicated mobile app for IOS and Android, compatible with all actively supported versions of their respective operating systems Automated exports to NFIRS 5.0 and State NEMSIS Integration with CentralSquare CAD, Esri ArcGIS and Email Must be able to share occupancy information and pre plan data at the time of response from our automatic and mutual aid agencies Incident documentation is required to have automatic prefilled property information, dispatch information, assets, and personnel from Central Square CAD. EPCR will be built into the incident record.
