Laboratory Gas Delivery System for the University of Louisville Belknap Campus JB Speed School of Engineering New Lab/Student Success Building. The Laboratory Gas Delivery System will serve the laboratories located on the second, third and fourth floors of the new building. The primary user of the laboratories will be the Conn Center for Renewable Energy Research. The design intent is described within the drawings and specifications and will include the storage, distribution, and delivery of various compressed gases from cylinders within the labs, designated cylinder storage closets and an exterior cylinder storage area on the ground level in the service area. Construction of the building is underway, and the awarded contractor will fully integrate into the construction process, working with the Construction Manager-General Contractor (CM-GC), Whittenberg Construction Co. and all the awarded subcontractors who are a part of this project. The awarded contractor will provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permitting, and inspections (unless otherwise specified) to complete the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications (see below link) as prepared by University consultants.
