Specifications include, but are not limited to: Auburn University is seeking sealed proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, safe, and responsible contractors to provide printing services for departments on campus as needed. The new Auburn University Print Program PLUS (PP+) omits the three-estimate step for common types of print projects when using certain specifications with our Preferred Print Vendors. If a project is outside of the specifications list required for the PP+, three estimates will be required and awarded based on the original Print Program (PP) method. The University recognizes that some contractors may have different types and sizes of equipment. Due to the various needs of on-campus printing, the University anticipates awarding this RFP to multiple qualified suppliers
