Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected provider shall agree to the following conditions of services: a. 24/7 availability, including telephone access b. A minimum of four (4) hours a day, five (5) days a week of both scheduled and walk-in intakes specific to detox services c. Comprehensive assessments and access and referral to treatment for SUD’s d. Comprehensive behavioral health assessments e. Transportation specific to client needs within the County f. Room and Board (casual clothing and hygiene products during their stay and upon discharge) g. Case management and navigation referrals through Santa Fe CONNECT h. Professional Counseling i. Harm reduction intervention and education j. Distribution of Narcan kits and training for the appropriate clients k. Life-sustaining medication refills for at least three (3) days upon discharge 2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES a. Navigation and discharge planning services that meet client’s needs relative to the social determinants of health. b. Access to nontraditional healing methods. c. Offer clients the opportunity to participate in the full continuum of care for those suffering from SUD’s. d. Have the navigator’s full participation in the Santa Fe CONNECT program to support detoxification clients completing treatment. e. Provide quarterly service reports to the County, including a comprehensive annual summary report. f. Present service updates to the Board of County Commissioners at least once per year or upon request.
