Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The intent of this package is to provide all labor, equipment, and tools to install wood framing for each house type (10 total homes). 2) Provide all tools, labor, and equipment to install all wood framing. 3) Install all clips, hangers, and anchors associated with framing. 4) Install all wood backing in walls, coordinate with trades. 5) Install all wood roof decking. 6) Install all sheathing and vapor barriers. 7) Install all provided windows. 8) Install all soffits and attic vents as shown on the documents. 9) Install all exterior pre-hung doors. 10) Install attic access framing as required. 11) Install all attic stairs. 12) This subcontract is responsible for installing all weather barriers. 13) Install all headers as shown on the documents. 14) Install all firestopping blocks as required. 15) All Simpson Shear Walls have been deleted. Do not include. 16) Provide all incidentals to provide a complete installation (i.e. nails, screws, etc…) 17) Provide scaffolding, equipment, and safety controls as needed. 18) Cleanup of all materials and placed in CM provided dumpster. 19) Coordination with MEP and other trades to be installed in the walls. 20) Include all daily labor costs per Cherokee Nation TERO Law. 21) Include Davis-Bacon Wage rates and certified payroll. 22) Include all costs to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds
