Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Damaged/warped sections of steel beams removed & new steel sections spliced onto remaining portion of beams to match existing construction, See A/S1.2 and 4/S1.2 for more information. Attachments to existing structure to match existing construction. See detail 3/S1.2 for splice connection. - Bracing added to ends of beams at cantilever to straighten any remaining minor deformations not identified by visual inspection. See detail 6/S1.2 and 7/S1.2 for more information. - Steel strong back added to existing deformed steel cross brace to straighten and strengthen. See detail 1/S1.2 and 2/S1.2 for more information. - At new steel beams, framing for the fences & bleachers shall be replaced to match existing construction, to be verified by the contractor. See detail 7/S1.2 for more information. - Fencing and bleachers to be returned to original conditions and attached to the structure utilizing existing construction. - In general, the bleachers shall be returned to similar conditions before a tree fell on it.
